GUITAR, pastry cutter, is formed from a solid aluminium base and stainless steel frames that allow you to cut chocolate creams, the puff pastry, ganache, frozen desserts and pastry products with soft dough.
Guitar is available in 3 different versions: mini, single and double.
The small guitar and the single guitar can cut chocolate creams in one direction (the product must then be turned in order to obtain squares and rectangles). The double guitar allows you to cut the product in two directions, immediately obtaining perfect rectangles and squares.
The mini guitar comes with two frames with distance between the wires of 22.5 mm and 30 mm. The single and dual guitars are customizable by choosing between 5 interchangeable stainless steel frames with wires at a distance of 37.5 mm, 30 mm, 22.5 mm, 15mm and 7.5mm apart. The guitars are provided with a practical stainless steel cake turntable and a kit to replace the wires.
The guitar is not suitable for frozen products or those with stiff dough.
